What does a THRIVE-ONE subscription include, and how do the tiers differ?
THRIVE-ONE is offered in three tiers, each building on the one before it.
Monthly subscription: includes access to all eLearning courses delivered by Linux Foundation Education during the subscription term.
Annual subscription: includes everything in the monthly subscription, plus one attempt at each SkillCred exam during the first 12 months, and exclusive access to specific Micro-Learning Courses.
Annual subscription + certification exam: includes everything in the annual subscription, plus up to 2 attempts to pass the specific certification exam included in the bundle, during the first 12 months.
How do I access courses or content included in my THRIVE-ONE subscription?
To access an eLearning course included in a THRIVE-ONE subscription, log in to the training portal at trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org and scroll down to the Browse section. You can browse the thumbnails for the available content and click on any item of interest.
Items included as part of your subscription will not show a dollar amount; click on these to add them to your Learner Dashboard.
Items not included in your subscription may still be purchased separately for the dollar amount listed next to them (e.g. certification exams or bundles)
If you purchased an annual subscription, you can also access SkillCred exams by browsing the catalogue at the bottom of trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org.
If you purchased an annual subscription plus certification exam plan, the certification exam is found directly in your Learner Dashboard rather than in the Browse section, so you do not need to search for it there.

How do I cancel my THRIVE-ONE subscription?
To cancel your THRIVE-ONE subscription, log in to the training portal at trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org, go to Purchase History, click "Cancel subscription," and confirm.
A cancellation takes effect as of the next scheduled renewal date of your subscription term, meaning the subscription remains active through the end of your current term. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled renewal, you must cancel at least one day before that renewal date.
How do I update the credit card on file for my THRIVE-ONE subscription?
To update your credit card, log in to the training portal at trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org and go to Purchase History. Click "Update Payment," enter your new payment method details, and be sure to click "Save Payment Method" at the bottom of the page.
I purchased the Certification + THRIVE-ONE Subscription Bundle. How do I schedule or take my certification exam?
As soon as your purchase is complete, the certification exam included in your bundle will be listed in the training portal at trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org. Click the Start or Resume button next to the certification exam to load its Exam Checklist; the checklist will prompt you through the steps for scheduling and then taking the exam.
